4. How do I share iHeRQles with others:

5. Can a one day old take it?

16. Does the color or taste fluctuation of the liquid in Liquid Gold Qx spray bottle mean anything?
Answer: No, it does not. The product operates at full strength no matter what color or taste the liquid is. It can be lighter, darker or a different shade of color, but the ingredients and exclusive technology are exactly the same. 18. How do I get a refund?
Answer: Nu Xtrax, Inc. allows a refund as long as the request is made within 30 days of your order date by emailing customer service at cs@NuXtrax.com and as long as the products are not used or monies earned from our program, and on condition any product is returned in good condition to Nu Xtrax, Inc., P.O. Box 100, Westville, FL 32464. The shipping charges are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
19. How do I manage my auto ship order?
Answer: The LGQX monthly auto ship order can be managed from your Nu Xtrax back office in the left column or by contacting Nu Xtrax, Inc. Customer Service at cs@NuXtrax.com or P.O. Box 100, Westville, FL 32464.
20. When are commissions paid and when do I set up an account with PayQuicker to receive my commissions?
Answer: All income is calculated daily at 12:00 Midnight (PST), 7 days a week. 12:01 AM (PST) starts a new business day. A pay period is from 12:01 AM (PST) Monday through 12:00 PM (PST) Sunday. Commissions are paid on the 1st Friday after a pay period ends. The exact pay period dates are listed in your Commissions account in your back office under the Business section.
There is a $25.00 minimum commission amount and a $5 processing fee; therefore, commissions continue to accumulate until it reaches $30, and then it is paid. You can monitor the growth of your commissions each day from your back office.
You will be contacted by PayQuicker via email to set up an account with them on the first Friday you are due commissions. They handle the payment of commissions to our Activists. They will also contact you via email each Friday you are paid commissions. If you have any questions, then please contact PayQuicker's customer support at 1 (866) 400-2712 during the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm EST Monday - Friday.

21. How do I make sure my personal sponsorships are being placed where I want them to go in my binary tree?
Answer: To insure where your personal Activists (representatives) are being placed (LEFT or RIGHT) in your binary organization to keep a 1/3rd 2/3rd balance, simply enroll people by going to My Team in the left column in your back office and then click onto My Binary (Tree #1). 22. What does the "Qx" mean in Liquid Gold Qx?
Answer: The symbol "Qx" means Quantum Extracts!
23. How does the $45 Vouchers work?
Answer: As an Activist, your back office will automatically assign them to you as you earn them. So for every 2 active Participants (customers) you have sponsored, you will be given a random 10 digit voucher code every month. You have a VOUCHER CODES link in your back office under the My Team link in the left column that lists these vouchers. The $45 voucher codes can be used for a personal autoship order, Family Pack or given to an Activist to be used towards their purchase of a $598 Activist package. It will automatically be applied to your next autoship if you have a voucher available at the time your autoship is processed. Note: If you are a Participant (customer), you will receive 1 voucher code every month for every two active customers you sponsor. It will automatically be applied to your next autoship if you have a voucher available at the time your autoship is processed or your next Family Pack purchase.
24. How can I track my product shipment?
Answer: Nu Xtrax does not have any control of the product shipment once USPS has possession of it. You can track your order under the Order Information section in your back office in the left column and then click onto Order History and then scroll over and click onto the tracking number.
25. How do I change my Nu Xtrax web site name?
Answer: You can update your web site name from your back office under the Business section in the left column and click onto Marketing Tools and then click onto Change Site Name.
26. What is the sugar content in Liquid Gold Qx?
Answer: There is no sugar added at all. The naturally occurring sugars do not exceed 0.3%.
27. How do I track my product order?
Answer: Tracking your Nu Xtrax product order is very easy. Simply login to your back office and click onto Order Information in the left column and then click onto Order History and you will see your tracking number. Click onto the appropriate tracking number to track your order via USPS (Post office).
28. How can I change my web site and enrollment form to any language?
Answer: You can now change your Nu Xtrax web site to any language by using the new select language translator at the top of your web site. You can also change your Nu Xtrax enrollment form to any language by using the new select language translator at the top of your enrollment form.
29. How do I change, add or delete my Name, Email and/or Phone number at the top of my Nu Xtrax replicated web site?
Answer: Go to Account in your back office in the left column and click onto Update Personal Info. Scroll down and you will see the three fields shown below. If you CHECK them and then click the SAVE button at the bottom, the ones you check will appear at the top of your web site. If you UNCHECK any of them, then the ones you UNCHECK will no longer appear at the top of your web site. Also, you can change your personal information and password on this page too. Be sure to always click the SAVE button.
30. How do I update my personal information and/or password?
Answer: Go to Account in your back office in the left column and click onto Update Personal Info. You can change any personal information you see on this page. Be sure to always click the SAVE button at the of the page to save your updates.
31. What do I do if my spray bottle will not properly spray?
Answer: It is possible during transportation for the feeding tube inside the sprayers to remain empty. You may need to push the pump (sprayer cap) for 4-6 times until a good, complete mist is achieved. Also, you may need to take the spray bottle apart and soak the spray part in hot water. Keep the sprayer in the hot water and push the sprayer gently until a good, complete mist is achieved. This will release any clog and will work great.
32. Can the product freeze?
Answer: No, because it is not made with a liquid that can freeze.
33. How can you monitor what your personally sponsored Activists must do to rank up to District, Regional and National Activist, so you can prod them along the exciting journey of business building and what you must do to get ranked up to Gold National and Platinum National?
Answer: Plan your work and… work your plan! There are columns on the My Personal Activists page in your back office under My Team in the left column. You can prod your personally sponsored Activists along to get them ranked up to District, Regional and National and you can know how many personally sponsored Nationals you need to get yourself ranked up to Gold National and the prestigious rank of Platinum Activist! Knowing exactly what each one of them needs to do and where they are in the process is very important to helping them strategize to rank up through our most lucrative Activist Rewards Plan to District, Regional, National, Gold and then the prestigious rank of Platinum. Rank puts money in your bank! The more you help, the more you make!

Example: If a person has 0 left and 1 right and 0 customers, then they are still an Activist, but when that person has 1 on the left and 2 customers, that Activist will become a District. Also, for example, if a person has 1 on the left and 2 on the right and 2 customers, then that person is a District Activist and will rank up to Regional when they add 1 more on the left and 1 more on the right!

34. Why does shipping cost exceed the USPS prices?
Answer: It is shipping and handling cost. We use a state of the art shipping facility, so this is both the USPS first class with tracking cost plus the additional fees for handling, packaging, and labeling.
35. How do I receive my 1099 and who do I contact if I need information on my 1099?
Answer: They are sent out by PayQuicker via electronic email to the email address you used to set up the PayQuicker account. If you have questions you may contact PayQuicker at support@payquicker.com or phone 1-866-400-2712.
36. How do I use iHeRQles on my dog? Is it safe for all animals?
Answer: Yes, it is safe for all animals, including birds. iHeRQles can reverse your pets age too! Recommended dosage for PETS: For those under 50 pounds: every day, spray 2 pumps directly onto your pets food or water twice daily. For those 50 to 100 pounds: every day, spray 3 pumps directly onto your pets food or water twice daily. For those over 100 pounds: every day, spray 4 pumps directly onto your pets food or water twice daily. Note: Please be sure they eat all their food or drink all their water, so you may have to give them a smaller amount of food or water with iHeRQles and then the remaining amount afterwards without iHeRQles. The animals have a more accelerated metabolism, so the owners will notice the results on their pets much faster than on themselves.
37. Can I enter a backup credit card in case my primary credit card declines?
Answer: Yes, you can enter a backup credit card, so if your primary credit card declines, then the system attempts to charge the backup card immediately. You can enter your back up credit card info in your back office under the Account section in the left column and then click onto Update Credit Card Backup. Your monthly recurring order processing successfully insures that you will always remain active and never lose your position, accumulated business volume and commission checks, which cannot be recovered if lost.
38. Does it matter if I drink water immediately after spraying the LGQX? Would drinking some water immediately after spraying reduce the benefits?
Answer: A 1/2 ounce of water, grape juice or apple juice can be consumed with the spray or right after the spray. For children or adults, the product can be sprayed directly into their 1/2 ounce of grape juice or apple juice.
39. Do you have nutrition facts for this product? Just want to know how many of each vitamin/mineral is in each serving. Just want to make sure we're not taking our own supplements being too much of a certain vitamin.
Answer: Liquid Gold Qx is not designed to provide any significant amount of vitamins and minerals. For that reason, there is almost no effect on the “recommended” vitamins and minerals if you take Liquid Gold Qx according to the instructions.
